WB Rubber installs commercial rubber flooring for gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers across Texas. From small boutique studios to full-size commercial gyms, we source, deliver, and install Reaction Series and Stamina Series rubber flooring cut precisely to your space.
High-performance impact absorption for cardio areas, conditioning zones, and group fitness spaces. The Reaction Series is built for the movement patterns that commercial gym floors take on every hour of every day.
Heavy-duty rubber rated for free weights, machines, and Olympic lifting zones. Thicker profile handles dropped barbells and constant load without compression damage or permanent deformation.
We cut rubber to your gym's exact dimensions. No gaps, no misaligned seams, no overlapping corners. Every edge is finished so the floor looks professional and stays in place under heavy use.
Most commercial gyms have concrete slabs. We assess the surface condition, handle any required prep, and install directly to concrete using the appropriate method for your product and use case.
WB Rubber delivers the lowest installed price on commercial gym rubber flooring in Texas. We buy direct and install ourselves, cutting out the distribution and subcontractor margins that inflate most commercial flooring quotes.
One crew handles material delivery and complete installation in a single visit. No coordinating separate vendors. No material sitting on a loading dock for a week. You call us, we handle it.
Commercial gym flooring takes more punishment than almost any other commercial surface. Dropped weights, dragged equipment, rolling platforms, jump landings, sprinting, sled pushes. The list of what a gym floor endures in a single day would destroy residential flooring in a month. Commercial rubber flooring built to the right spec handles it for ten to fifteen years without replacement.
WB Rubber installs commercial gym flooring for every category of fitness facility in Texas. Small boutique studios in Houston get the same product quality and installation precision as large athletic complexes in Conroe or Katy. We work with gym owners, facilities managers, and commercial real estate operators across the entire Houston metro and our Texas service area.
Our product selection for gyms runs through two lines. The Reaction Series is designed for performance training zones where impact absorption and surface energy return matter. Group fitness rooms, functional training areas, and cardio zones typically use Reaction Series. The Stamina Series handles the weight room: free weight zones, squat rack areas, Olympic lifting platforms, and anywhere a 400-pound barbell might drop from shoulder height.
We also install CrossFit box flooring and weight room flooring as dedicated services. See CrossFit box flooring and weight room flooring for product specs specific to those applications.
Two things determine how long a commercial gym floor lasts: the product specification and the installation quality. A floor specified correctly but installed carelessly fails early. A floor installed well but specified for the wrong application wears out fast under commercial use.
On product selection, thickness matters. A gym floor that runs heavy Olympic lifting needs a minimum of 3/4 inch rubber in the weight zone, and dedicated platforms under racks and drop zones. A cardio area can run lighter at 1/4 to 3/8 inch. Mixing specifications across zones is standard practice and requires careful seam planning during installation.
On installation, the subfloor is the starting point. Concrete that is cracked, moisture-compromised, or significantly unlevel will cause problems with any rubber floor above it. We assess the slab before we start, address any preparation requirements, and install the rubber correctly for the use case. Gyms with loose-laid mats in the weight zone and glued-down rolls in conditioning areas get different installation approaches in each zone.
