In barns, garages, and slab-on-grade floors, moisture wicking up through concrete is a real problem. We apply vapor barriers and subfloor primers to protect the rubber from below.

When we handle the prep ourselves, we follow a consistent process. Surface cleaning first. Moisture assessment second. Grinding or leveling where needed. Primer or barrier where required. Then and only then do we start laying rubber. That sequence is not optional, it is how the job gets done right.
