WB Rubber designs and installs inlaid custom logo rubber flooring for gyms, fitness studios, corporate facilities, and schools across Texas. Using the ProXL custom flooring system, we precision-cut your team logo or brand mark into contrasting rubber panels and inlay them directly into the floor surface. No sticker. No paint. The logo is part of the floor.
Logos are precision-cut from colored rubber and inlaid flush into the surrounding floor material. The result is a permanent, durable brand element that cannot peel, fade under cleaning chemicals, or be removed by foot traffic.
WB Rubber uses the ProXL custom flooring system to produce logo inlays. This commercial-grade system allows intricate multi-color designs to be produced with precision tolerances that result in clean, sharp logo edges.
Logos are produced in the colors that match your brand standards, team colors, or school color palette. We work from your vector logo files and match colors to available ProXL rubber color options.
Unlike most rubber flooring contractors who only install standard product, WB Rubber handles logo design prep, custom panel production, and professional installation in-house. One vendor for the entire project.
Most rubber flooring contractors in Texas do not offer inlaid custom logos. WB Rubber's ProXL capability gives Texas gyms, schools, and facilities a branded flooring option that competitors cannot match.
Custom logo inlays can be incorporated into new rubber flooring installations or added to existing rubber floors as a retrofit. Contact us to assess compatibility with your current flooring.
A painted logo on a gym floor chips and fades. A vinyl decal peels under daily cleaning and traffic. An inlaid rubber logo is different. It is part of the floor itself, cut from the same type of rubber that surrounds it, set flush so there is no edge to lift and no surface to wear off. When WB Rubber installs a custom logo inlay for a Texas gym, school, or corporate facility, that logo is there for the life of the flooring.
WB Rubber is one of the only rubber flooring contractors in Texas offering inlaid custom logo panels using the ProXL custom flooring system. Most flooring contractors in this market install standard black rubber and leave branding to decals or painted surfaces. We go further, producing precision-cut rubber logo panels in your brand colors and setting them directly into the floor so the result looks professional, lasts for years, and reinforces your brand identity every time someone walks into your space.

The inlay process begins with your logo file. We work with vector files in SVG, AI, or EPS format to produce a clean digital template for the ProXL cutting system. If you only have a raster logo, we can work with your design team or produce a vector conversion as part of the project setup. From the vector file, we define the cut paths for each color zone in the logo and produce rubber panels in the corresponding ProXL colors.
On installation day, the logo zone is cut into the surrounding rubber flooring using precision tooling matched to the logo panel dimensions. The inlay panels drop into the cutout and are bonded from below using the same adhesive system used for the surrounding floor. The seams between the logo and the surrounding rubber are tight enough that they are visible as a design element, not as a gap or edge hazard. The finished surface is completely flat, cleanable with standard rubber floor maintenance methods, and as durable as the rest of the floor.
The most common custom logo flooring projects we complete for Texas customers fall into a few clear categories. Commercial gyms use logo inlays to brand their weight room and main training floor with their gym identity. Fitness studios use logos to create a premium aesthetic that distinguishes their space from competitors. Corporate fitness facilities and wellness centers use company logos to reinforce brand presence in the building. Schools and university athletic facilities use team logos and mascot graphics to build school spirit into the athletic environment. Each application has slightly different design requirements, and we bring experience from all of them to every new project.
Most rubber flooring contractors in Texas operate as installation-only businesses. They source standard product, cut it to fit, and lay it down. Custom logo capability requires additional investment in design software, cutting equipment, and a color product inventory that most local contractors do not maintain. WB Rubber made that investment specifically to serve Texas facilities that want a higher-quality, more differentiated end result than standard black rubber flooring. The ProXL system we use is a commercial-grade platform, not a hobby cutting machine, and the color rubber inventory we maintain for inlay work covers a broad enough range to match most brand and school color palettes.
Custom logo flooring projects require more planning than standard rubber installations. Logo complexity, color count, panel size, and the surrounding floor system all affect production time and cost. Here is what to expect when you contact WB Rubber to discuss a custom logo project for your Texas facility.
The ideal starting point is a vector logo file in SVG, AI, or EPS format. Vector files allow us to use the logo geometry directly in the ProXL cutting system without any guesswork or manual tracing. If your logo has gradients, photographic elements, or very fine detail lines below a certain threshold, we will discuss what simplification is needed to produce a clean inlay result. Logo inlays work best with designs that have defined color zones and clean lines rather than blended gradients. Most team logos, school logos, and corporate brand marks work very well as inlays.
ProXL rubber panels are available in a range of colors. We will share the available color deck with you and help identify which ProXL colors are the closest match to your brand standards. For team colors and school colors, we can often achieve very close matches or exact matches if your color falls within the ProXL available range. Color matching is not an exact science in rubber as it is in print, but our experience with ProXL color matching across multiple projects allows us to guide you toward a result that is clearly your brand identity.
Logo size depends on the available floor space, the visual context of the room, and the level of detail in the logo. We recommend at minimum a size where the smallest text element in the logo is legible from standing height. Larger logos in the center of a weight room or main gym floor make a stronger visual statement. We will work with your floor plan to suggest sizing and placement that achieves the visual impact you are looking for without compromising the functional area of the floor.
If you are also interested in color borders or lane markers to complete the branded floor package, see our color-matched flooring and decorative border installation options, which can be incorporated into the same installation project for a fully branded finished result.
